Job Purpose :
Monitor, coordinate the team and maximize sales volume from distribution of esse products and their variants to their specific area in the retail distributor’s channel to be able to reach (or more) from the sales target set by management.
Job Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Selling Skill, Negotiation Skill, Territory Management
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales – Retail/General in Tobacco or FMCG
- Willing to be place in Sukabumi
Job Description :
- Achieve sales target including volume, value and any quantitative or qualitative target set by management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Provide sales, revenue, expenses report as well as realistic forecast to Area Manager.
- Supervise daily activities and productivity of sales performance.
- Create strategy plan in market area.
- Daily managing, controlling, mentoring a coaching sub-ordinate.
